Ingredients For Cutlet:
- 1 boiled egg
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 2 thin chopped onions
- 1 spoon garam masala
- 3 red chili
- Corn flour
- Oil for frying
- Salt as required
How To Make Egg Potato Cutlet:
- Preheat the oil in karahi and roast chopped the onion and red chili.
- Then mash the potato and place it in karahi mix all these ingredients very well.
- Roll the egg in a corn flour and cover it with mash potato.
- Now fry the egg in oil and serve it with tomato sauce.
