Fried rice is a Chinese dish prepared by steamed rice and mix with other ingredients like vegetables, eggs, meat etc.
Ingredients We Need:
- 2 cups long steamed rice
- Half cup chopped cabbage
- 3 spoon chopped carrot
- 3 spoon peas
- Some cottage cheese
- Bell pepper chopped
- 1 spoon cilantro
- 3 spoon oil
- 2 green chili
- Salt
- Garlic grated
- 1 spoon green chili sauce (if desired)
- 2 spoon soy sauce
- 2 spoon vinegar
How To Make Chinese Fried Rice:
- Take a little deep pan & preheat the oil then add some cottage cheese cubes and fry them lightly and take them out.
- Now in oil add carrot, beans, cabbage and fry the for 1-2 minutes. Then add chili, chili sauce, vinegar, and cottage cheese mix.
- After that combine rice and salt and cook it for couples of minute then sprinkle some minced coriander and serve.
