Ingredients For Black Bean Salad:
- 1 cup rinsed and drained black beans
- 1 cup cooked corn
- 2 diced tomato
- 1 bell pepper diced red and green
- 1 red chopped onion
- 2 fresh chopped jalapeno
- 2 spoon lime juice
- 4 spoon olive oil
- half cup chopped coriander
- 1 spoon salt
- Half spoon cumin
- Half spoon ground red chilli
How To Make Black Bean Salad:
- Take an a bowl and mix all these ingredients well.
- Place it in a refrigerator for 3 hrs.
- Take out from fridge and serve.
