Ingredients For Vegetable Broth:
- 2 spoon chopped tomato
- 2 spoon chopped capsicum
- 2spoon chopped cabbage
- 2 spoon chopped carrot
- 2 spoon chopped coriander
- Half cup cooking oats
- 2 spoon chopped onion
- 1 spoon chopped chili
- 2 spoon chopped garlic
- 2 spoon chopped lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper powder
- Oil
How To Make Vegetable broth:
- First, preheat the oil in a deep pan, then add onion, green chili, garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium fire.
- Now add all vegetables and roast for 2-3 minutes.
- After that add oats and cook for 1 minute on slow flame.
- Add 2-3 cups of water, salt, black pepper, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add some chopped coriander, lime juice and again cook for 1 minute. Serve. Enjoy!!
