Ingredients for Bread Pudding:
- 2 cups of milk
- Half cup of butter
- Half cup sugar
- 2-3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 spoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups soft bread cubes
- Half Cup Raisins
How To Make Bread Pudding:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, In a saucepan, add milk and butter together till butter is melted.
- Now take a large bowl in that mix sugar, egg, cinnamon, salt and stir in bread cubes and raisins stir in milk mixture.
- Now pour it into the ungreased deep pan.
- Bake it for 40-45 minutes without covering it. check if inserting by the knife. Spread some raisins for garnishing.
