1. 2 cups young kale
2. 2 cups water
3. 3 banana
4. 1/4 avocado

Way Of Preparation:

1. Firstly blend kale and water together until smooth.
2.Then combine remaining fruits and blend them again till smooth.
3. Take it out in a glass and serve. Enjoy!!
