Ayurvedic Treatment For Back pain

Pain in the back is a common problem generally cause due to the weakness of bones at the age of 40 or above. usually, it automatically cures in 45 to 60 days.  And if you are suffering from this problem in small age then you need to worry about it. 

Back Pain Causes

• Normally cause due to involuntary movements of the vertebra, wrong way of sitting, weakness of backbones etc.
• Heavyweight can cause back pain.
• Also cause due to improper exercise or yoga.

Here are some ayurvedic tricks to get rid of back pain.

• In breakfast take 1 spoon walnut and flax with milk.
• In winter take 1 teaspoon of sesame.
• In 500 ml of mustard oil add some grind cast garlic cloves, Roast it till it gets convert into dark brown color cool it down to room temperature sieve it, then gently massage the oil for the better result.
