Muesli is an breakfast recipe which is based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients like fruits.
Ingredients:
- 200gm porridge oats
- 1 grated apple
- 100ml almond milk unsweetened
- 3 spoon honey
- 100ml apple juice
- Half spoon ground cinnamon
- 350ml water
- 200gm strawberries chopped
- 250gm yogurt
- 1 ripe mango
Method of preparation:
- Firstly mix oats, almond milk, apple juice,honey, grated apple and cinnamon in saucepan.
- Now heat the pan on medium flame and then add water.
- Let the mixture boil and simmer it for 2-4 minutes.
- now stir in the curd, mango and strawberries, mix all these ingredients in a bowl and garnish it with remaining fruits like strawberries and mango chunks.
