Hello And Welcome, Here we are going to make a very tasty fried rice recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 cups half cooked rice
- Half cup chopped bell pepper(green,red,yellow)
- 1/4 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/4 chopped french beans
- 2 spoon baby corn
- 2 tablespoon ajwain
- 3 tablespoon spice masala
- 2 spoon soya sauce
- 1 spoon chili sauce
- 2 spoon oil
- Chopped coriander
- Salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pan preheat the oil and in that add all veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- After that add masala powder, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and 70-80% cooked rice.
- Mix all these ingredients well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Here is our vegetable fried rice is ready to serve, garnish it with chopped coriander.
