To make best punjabi chicken we need some ingredients as follows
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 Grams chicken pieces
- 4 tomato's
- 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 tea spoon red chilli powder
- 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 5 cardamom
- Onion chopped
- 1 inch cinnamon
- 1 tea spoon cumin
- Salt for taste
- 3 spoon mustard oil
- And 1 cup of water

FOR PUNJABI GARAM MASALA INGREDIENTS:
- Some coriander leaves
- 2 tea spoon cumin
- 10-12 black pepper
- 2 bay leafs
- 1 asafoetida
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Firstly grind all punjabi garam masala ingredients which located in red color.
- After that wash chicken pieces very neatly and cleanly and preheat the oil in a pan.
- When oil heats in that add cumin and cardamom and fry them, after that add chopped onions and fry it till it gets changes into brown color.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and cook when it cooks add chopped tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder.
- Mix all these ingredients very well and cook for 5-7 minutes. then add chicken pieces.
- On that above add some salt as per your taste then modulate some water and cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes on slow flame.
- Check if chicken is cooked if cook then it's ready to serve and if not let it cook for more few minutes
