Chicken salad Recipe

Hello dear Readers welcome to millionvisitars, Today we gonna see how to make easy chicken salad recipe. usually chicken contains a good amount of protein, that could also help to gain weight this is full fill with different vitamins and nutrients.

We have seen different chicken recipes but we also can make an healthy chicken salad. There is none of use of oil but we are using some olive oil for garnishing which is not harmful  our body.

For chicken salad we firstly need to roast chicken lightly on non stick pan, just boiled chicken is not seems very tasty. for simple and healthy chicken salad recipe we need some ingredients as follows:

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 350 gram bone less chicken
  2. 1 spoon chilli powder
  3. Some chopped coriander
  4. 1 spoon cumin powder
  5. 1 table spoon lime juice
  6. 1 bell paper chopped
  7. Some mint leaves
  8. 4-5 cabbage leaves 
  9. Olive oil
  10. Salt for taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

STEP 1: Firstly take pressure cooker in that add salt chilli and chicken pieces and cook upto 2 whistles. 

STEP 2: Till then in a plate chopped cabbage leaves and bell paper into small pieces.

STEP 3: When chicken gets seethe then add lime juice and cumin powder mix them very well.

STEP 4: Now preheat the pan and roast chicken for 2 minutes. Take out that roast chicken in a plate then spread all leaves like mint, cabbage, coriander.

STEP 5: Then spread remain lime juice and olive oil above it. after that add chilli and salt then serve to your dear once.
