Ingredients:
- 6 bread slices
- 1 small onion thin long chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped in ring shape
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 3 tablespoon green chutney
- 1-2 tablespoon butter
- 75-gram cottage cheese square chopped
- Half teaspoon cumin powder
- 3-4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- Salt (black salt also can be used)
Step 1: First take a bowl in that add tomato ketchup, cumin powder, salt and them very well, then add cottage cheese and kept aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: Now take a pan and add some butter and heat after heating lightly fry cottage cheese and take them out.
Step 3: Apply some butter on bread slices and lightly toast on slow flame.
Step 4: After that apply green chutney on 6 slices, then add vegetables and sprinkle some chaat masala(also can use black salt) on that, then add cottage cheese.
Step 5: Apply some butter on bread slices from both side and Grill sandwich from both the sides, if you are using nonstick pan then grill it on a slow flame, check after 2-3 minutes sandwich is perfectly grilled or not.
Serve the sandwich with tomato sauce or with tomato puree
Tips :
- You also can use different ingredients like carrot, cucumber, beet root.
- If you are making a sandwich for kids then don't use more spice.
- If possible use redeemed cottage cheese, that not easily melt if get in touch of flame.
- For marinating can use different spices as you like.
