Welcome Dear Readers Learn How To Make Tasty Mushroom Soup, To Make Mushroom Soup We Need Some Ingredients As Follows,
Ingredients:
- 250 gm mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 1-2 Tablespoon chopped coriander
- Lime juice
- 2 Tablespoon cream
- 2 Tablespoon corn flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- First clean mushrooms very well, remove it's tail and cut it down into small pieces. Now heat the 1-2 tablespoon butter in a pan and melt it.
- In that add ginger and roast lightly, then add chopped mushrooms, salt, black pepper powder mix all these ingredients well, Now cover it and cook it for 3-4 minutes on a slow flame, check it if a mushroom is being juicier remove the cover and cook for more 2-3 minutes. Because of that mushrooms getting more soften.
- Take out some mushrooms 3/4 from kadai and grind them and leave some mushrooms 1/4 in kadhai/pan. Add that Grind mixture in pan/pot, and add 2 cups water boil it and add 2-3 tablespoon corn flour and simmer(boil) for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, add 2 tablespoon cream and garnish with some chopped green coriander.
A tasty mushroom cream soup is now ready to take out in a bowl and serves it.
