Today We are going to see how to make creamy almond soup. For that we need some ingredients as follows:
Ingredients:
- 20-25 almond
- 2 table spoon butter
- 3 cup vegetable stock
- 1 Table spoon flour (maida) [white flour]
- 2 Table spoon cream
- Salt
- Almond pieces (little fry almond)
- Halt tea spoon black pepper powder
Method Of Preparation:
- Keep almond in hot water for 20 minutes, After that take out it's peel and grind it very finely.
- Now take kadai in that add 1 cup white flour, butter, and roast it for 1 minute.
- After that add vegetable stock, almond paste mix the well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add cream, salt and black pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.
- Take if down in a bowl here is your soup is ready to serve.
